I love, love, love this book. Brendan Brazier is an Ironman and total vegan nutrition guru. He not only explains from a biological standpoint why veganism will improve your health both (as the title says) in life and in sports but he also spends a good chunk of the book discussing issues such as stress, the Thrive diet, impact on the environment, and exercise. But what made the book outstanding were all the recipes! He has given me a new perspective to food: using everything and wasting nothing. Check in out! You won’t be disappointed!
